Disinfect the toilet (inside and out)

Bedrooms & Living Areas:
General light tidy-up of all rooms
Dust all reachable surfaces, furniture, and decor
Make beds (leaving them hotel-crisp)
Wipe down accessible window sills and skirting boards
Remove visible cobwebs
Floors (All Areas):
Thoroughly vacuum all carpets and rugs
Vacuum and mop all hard floor surfaces (wood, tile, laminate)

We believe in keeping things as simple and transparent as possible. Here is what we need from you to ensure a seamless experience:
To prevent cross-contamination and ensure we only use the products you trust on your specific surfaces, we ask that you provide your preferred cleaning products, a working vacuum, and a mop.
You are welcome to be home while we work, but you certainly don't have to be. Many clients leave a key in a lockbox or with a concierge. Because our technicians are fully police-checked, you can step out with complete peace of mind.

We believe the best cleaning supplies are often already in your home, simple items like microfibre cloths, white vinegar, baking soda and dish soap are effective, affordable and kinder to surfaces. Using the same set of household tools for each room reduces cross-contamination, keeps routines consistent and cuts down on harsh chemicals, so your space stays cleaner and safer without the fuss. Our cleaners expect to use your household supplies unless agreed upon in advance.

You’re welcome to be at home during your clean, but many clients prefer to leave a key securely on the property, do whatever suits you best. Should you leave a key for us, we keep a detailed record of key use and return for your peace of mind. Additionally, when no one or pets are in the way, our team can work more efficiently to get everything completed for you in a timely manner.

Our cleaners usually travel by car, so we ask that private parking be available; if not, please ensure on‑street parking is possible within 100 m of the property. Please let us know about parking arrangements in advance, as we’ll search for a spot for up to 20 minutes, and if we can’t park, cancellation fees will apply.

A quick, light tidy-up (like picking up clothes or clearing clutter off bench-tops) is highly recommended. It allows our technicians to focus all their time on the deep scrubbing and sanitising of your surfaces. However, if you'd like us to handle an extensive tidy-up, simply let us know beforehand so we can add it to your booking!

We love pets! To ensure our team can work efficiently and safely (and to keep your furry friends stress-free while the vacuum is running), we recommend keeping them in a separate room or outside during the service.

We understand that life happens. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This gives us enough time to adjust our technicians' schedules.

For the safety of our technicians, we do not move heavy furniture or large appliances. We will happily clean around and underneath them as far as our tools can reach. If you need the area directly beneath a heavy item cleaned, please have it moved prior to our arrival.
